  • Can I attend virtually?
    The conference will not be virtual this year.
  • What is a 'ride along' for stage hypnosis students?
    At Heartland, we pride ourselves on providing unique experiences, and one of those is the 'ride along' opportunity. This enables you to join one of our many stage hypnotists offering this Saturday night. You get to see and experience them in action! The individual cost of $250 is paid directly to the hypnotist that agrees to you joining them that night. Attendance is not guarantee, and you must have an agreement with that particular stage hypnotist. The best time to discuss a ride along opportunity would be during the conference networking sessions, meals, breaks ,etc. Who will you ride along with???
  • Will there be breakout gatherings between workshops?
    Yes. It's the perfect time for networking and communicating with colleagues.

  • Are there any events happening before and after the event that I can join?
    Yes! There are both Pre and Post Conference Classes available on our Trainings page. If you arrive Thursday evening, come to our 7:30 pm Reception located in the Breakfast area. Saturday at 6 pm, there are informal dinner options available. Sunday, you are invited to Christian Worship at 8 am in the Hospitality Room. Please continue to find the latest on our Schedule page.   • If I attend in person, will I be able to access the virtual speakers?"
    There are no virtual speakers planned for this year. Note that it's still subject to change due to emergencies.

  • Which airport should I fly into?
    The nearest airport is St. Louis Lambert International (STL) and is about 10 minutes from the venue. There is a 24-hr hotel shuttle to pick you up and take you to the airport. Call the hotel for pickup times.
  • When should I fly in?
    If arriving by airplane, fly in a day before (Thursday night). The event is over Sunday around 6pm CT.
  • Which hotel should I stay in?
    For our 2023 Conference, we have secured a special rate at the Elimwood Hotel where the conference will be held. More information can be found on our VENUE page.
  • Will food be provided at the event?
    Lunch will be provided. It will be an opportunity to meet peers and network with the speakers.
  • What is the dress code?
    Business casual.
  • What should I bring with me?
    If you want to take notes, bring a notebook and pen. For networking purposes, bring business cards.
  • What is the refund policy?
    See the schedule below for this year's conference. Refunds are eligible minus a 10% administration fee. Please note that we do not control any travel and/or hotel refund policies. If you are unable to attend this year, you may ask for credit for next year's conference. After 1 year, your registration is forfeited. By March 31st - 90% By April 15th - 75% By April 25th - 50%
