Kim has a BFA from Drake University, and MSN from San Francisco State University. Kim was a nurse in Obstetrics and Hospice then transitioned to a Professor of Nursing Education. Kim became a CHt in 2017 and CHI in 2019 through the NGH and trained with Willliam Mitchell, Don Mottin, Sean Michael Andrews, Don Spencer, & Richard Barker. In 2022, Kim achieved Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master status; she teaches certification classes in both Reiki & Hypnosis.
