Karen has had her own Hypnotherapy business for the last 29 years. She has spent most of her time helping clients with everyday life challenges. Throughout the years she has enjoyed watching high achievers push themselves to achieve success. She now also works with higher achievers whether they are athletes, in business, or arts and entertainment with a Peak Performance Program. She is also a speaker and coach.
